These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pulse for WooCommerce (the "Service"), operated by Digitonic ("we", "our", or "us").

By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

By using the Service, you also acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.


Free Trials and Promotional Access

We may offer free trials, promotional access, or free versions of the Service from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free trial or promotional offering at our discretion.


Subscriptions and Fees

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription or license.

Subscription fees, billing terms, and available plans may change from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect fees already paid for a current billing period.

Subscription payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Pulse for WooCommerce does not store payment card information.

Failure to maintain an active subscription or license may result in the suspension of paid features or access to the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, credentials, WooCommerce API keys, and connected services.

You remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any reports, analytics, calculations, insights, or business decisions based on information generated by the Service.


WooCommerce and Third-Party Services

Pulse for WooCommerce integrates with third-party services, including WooCommerce and Google Workspace.

The availability and functionality of the Service may depend on these third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, limitations, or failures caused by third-party platforms.


Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a manner that may harm the Service, other users, or our business.

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digitonic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
